Change of Mind Return
For returns due to personal reasons (such as size issues or a change in preference), we only accept items that meet the following conditions:

Unworn
Unwashed
In resalable condition with original packaging intact
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items will not be returned once opened or used:
Earrings and jewelry with broken hygiene seals
Accessories that have been worn or show signs of use

3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the reason for the return:

We will provide a prepaid return label.
No handling fees will be charged.
If the return is due to customer reasons:

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
No handling fees will be charged for unopened and original items.

5. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your return request has been approved.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal), with the arrival time depending on your payment service provider.
Refunds are always processed through the original payment channel; no additional bank information is required.

6. Exceptions and Important Notes
